Beer Bread with Wright Rub Butter

 Wright Rub Butter & Beer Bread 3/4 C self rising flour 1/4 C sugar 1/2 tsp salt 12 oz beer 1 stick butter, melted *I like Birmingham Based Cahaba Brewing American Blonde for this recipe. I also like Amber Bock, Yuengling Black & Tan, and Sam Adams. Anything similar to those will work.Preheat oven to 350. Grease one loaf pan. In large bowl use whisk to mix flour, sugar, salt. Then whisk in the beer until well blended. Pour in loaf pan, then add melted butter on top. Our spin on the traditional lettuce wraps. These are packed full of flavor. Wright BBQ Lettuce Wraps 1 lb Chicken Breasts 1 head Lettuce of your choice 1/4 to 1/2 C green onions 1/4 to 1/2 C crushed cashews 1/4 C Wright Rub 3 TBS Olive or Vegetable Oil 1/4 water1/4 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1/2 C Wright BBQ Sauce Separate Lettuce leaves, wash and refrigerate to crisp. Wash and dice green onions.
