Best Ever Pimento Cheese


32 oz
Block Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 c
Smoked Red Bell Pepper (You can buy this in a jar or make your own)
1 c
Chopped Walnuts (You may substitute Pecans)
2 T
Maple Syrup
1 c
Mayonaise (Add more if you prefer a creamier pimento cheese)
2 T
Wright Rub


Grate the cheese, if you use store bought shredded it will NOT be as good as it can be, it's definitely worth taking the extra time to grate it.

Use a food processor or mini chopper,(around $10 at Wal-Mart, well worth it!) to chop the red peppers, then the walnuts.

Add all ingredients to the cheese and mix well. Place in an airtight container and chill for about 30 minutes, then serve and enjoy!! Keeps well in fridge for about a week.
